Avalon Activity Centre is a Non-profit organization that provides the community and other organizations the opportunity to participate in recreational activities and leisure. We offer a variety of activities for all age groups, including online and in-person sessions. Join us for a fun and active experience.
Recreation Programs
Avalon Activity Centre offers a diverse range of recreational classes for individuals of all ages and populations. Our programs are designed to promote physical activity, creativity, and overall well-being. Join us to explore new interests and stay active throughout the year.
Fitness Classes
Join our fitness classes to engage in physical activities that promote a healthy lifestyle. Our classes cover a range of activities, from stroller fitness to pain management, ensuring there's something for everyone.
Play Group
Register to spend some time socializing and gaining new experiences with your child. This program provides baby matts, toys, sport equipment and much more for your child to enhance their fine motor skills.
Seniors
Come on down for a variety of activities. Corn hole, Bocce Ball, Ladder Toss, or even just come on down for a walk. All of these activities will be set up for a duration of 2 hours for seniors to freely use through their attendance.
